Tropical Elegance in this Luxury Home with Private Swimming Pool and Waterfall

We were very fortunate to stay at the Waterfall House for our first trip to Kauai. The house was spacious and lovely, and the welcome basket/tray that Ilona had prepared for us was so thoughtful. She certainly made us feel very welcome. We had plenty of room for our family of four. We enjoyed the extremely private pool and waterfalls, and the landscaping was nothing short of amazing. The central location of the house allowed us easy access to fantastic restaurants and shopping locations and made day trips to Waimea Canyon or the Napali Coast simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterfall House and look forward to working with Ilona again for our next trip to Kauai.

We stayed at the Waterfall House from Oct 30 thru Nov 8 and were extremely pleased with the clean, luxurious and exquisite furnishings amid the beautiful tropical surroundings. The house was open and airy, but private on all sides. Sliding glass doors allowed the fresh tradewinds to come in --so there was no need for air conditioning. The owners were very hospitable in providing food staples as we had a late arrival on Oct 30. The Waterfall House was indeed the ultimate private sanctuary and refuge from our usual hectic day-to-day lifestyle. It was very obvious that great care and consideration were taken when this house was furnished and decorated. It was exactly what we needed. We were able to pursue our diving, sightseeing, dining, and shopping interests, while also experiencing complete relaxation in the quiet, soothing setting in the house and at poolside. We really appreciated the convenience of the Waterfall House location to Poipu and other towns of Waimea, Hanapepe, Port Allen, Koloa, Lihue, as well as the beautiful South beaches, seeing extraordinary sights of Spouting Horn, Waimea Canyon, Polihale, and Napali Coast. Great lunches were had from the Koloa Fish Market, Shrimp Station, Merriman's, and Kalapaki Beach Hut. We had a very romantic birthday dinner our last evening at the Grand Hyatt Tidepools restaurant, and as well as very good dinners at Keoki's Paradise and Josselin's. The Big Save Supermarket in Koloa had everything we needed when we wanted our eat-in meals. Coming to and staying in Kauai at the Waterfall House will be in our fond memories for a long time. But, we hope to make more memories and visit Kauai again. If so, we hope to stay at the Waterfall House.
