Commercial washer / dryer. All living areas flow out to generous porches and private landscaped patios overlooking farm fields at this 2.5 acre property. Stainless Weber gas grill and outdoor entertaining area provide venue to enjoy renowned local foods from this area's farm stands and fish markets.

The house is five minutes to Fogland Beach and 12 minutes to the magnificent ocean beaches in Little Compton. Arts and cultural attractions of Newport and Providence are 25 minutes away.
