A short stroll to historic village center of Tiverton Four Corners and overlooking Nonquit Pond, this meticulous restoration of 107 year old farmhouse has just been completed and includes every amenity including central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, expansive great room with professional kitchen and large open dining area, Brazilian cherry floors throughout, skylights, flat screen TV and Bose sound system with iPod docking station. All living areas flow out to generous porches and private landscaped patio areas overlooking farm fields at this 2.5 acre property. Stainless Weber gas grill and outdoor entertaining area provide venue to enjoy renowned local foods from this area's farm stands and fish markets. The house is five minutes to Fogland Beach and 12 minutes to the magnificent ocean beaches in Little Compton. Arts and cultural attractions of Newport and Providence are just 25 minutes away.
