Beautiful waterfront home in scenic Woodstock, CT. This one and one-half acre property has over 100 feet of waterfront. The large yard provides a perfect environment for volleyball, Frisbee, or any lawn sports. The beach is sandy and includes both a stationary and a floating dock. Included is a two seat kayak and a paddle boat. Home has four decks and one covered porch. The Kitchen is fully applianced, with post and beam ceiling. A floor to ceiling fireplace dominates the cathedral family room. The lake water is clean and perfect for swimming; fish right off the beach or dock. This is an idyllic setting half way between Boston and Hartford, and 15 miles from UCONN. Lake views from every room and mature trees encompassing the property make this a unique and private getaway.
