This was a very nice rental. Clean and close to the main area in Falmouth. The beach and ferry were within walking/biking distance. We were not disappointed at all with this property. The building was quiet.

HomeAway.com did not disappoint us again! We rented this condo for a couple nights and it was spotless. It looked recently renovated and has all new appliances, new bathroom, etc. Owner was prompt in meeting us with the keys. Lt. Hauser is a quiet, dead-end street with no traffic. It was a short walk to downtown Falmouth where there's lots of restaurants and shopping. A short drive to WalMart and Stop & Shop as well as a Christmas Tree Shop. It was probably a 10 min. ride to Surf Drive Beach and Woods Hole. Only downside was the sleeping accommodations (1 DBL bed/2 singles) but was sufficient for my husband and me. We highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to the Falmouth/Woods Hole area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
