Description of the Santa Cruz vacation house rental
Property address: 137 Marshall creek Ct. Ben Lomond,Ca. 95005
A family Retreat for a century and more. We have gone to great lengths to assure you a clean and comfortable stay with us. Our sleeping accommodations are 3 bedrooms. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 daybed with 2nd mattress pullout. Also 1 couch with pullout bed. Plus more sleeping outside in back down by the waterfall camping style, very unique and fun to do. So, you can actually have 10 people in comfort and have lots of fun. There is a 12 guest Maximum. No gatherings allowed of more than 20 people without our consent.
We have tastefully framed lots of actual photos and postcards of our original family in Ben Lomond and Santa Cruz dating back to 1900 when they were on horse and buggy. Many thanks to our ancestors for keeping everything in tact for all of us to enjoy.
We are proud to share with you our family's Ben Lomond / Santa Cruz past. So, relax and come on a journey back in time to a place your sure not to forget.

SORRY NO PETS! the first 2 people W/pets left signs.
20 min. drive to the famous Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk & fisherman's wharf.Carmel & Monterey coast just 45 min San Francisco is a nice 70 min drive.
There are 2 large California State Redwood Parks just minutes from the house, Big Basin & Henry Cowell.
Just about 10 min to another famous attraction. 'Roaring Camp Railroad'. An authentic antique steam engine railroad. You can take either a short run up the mountain or catch the mid morning train into Santa Cruz where it ends at the Beach & boardwalk, spend a few hours there and catch the afternoon train back. Highly Recommendable.
There is also in just a short drive a place called The Mystery Spot. Here you will defy gravity and all your natural senses. Everything mentioned above will be enjoyed by all ages, we have had many great times introducing people to the area attractions. We have supplied brochures forl attractions and Menu's for several outstanding local eateries.

- Both Bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. All new towels and such. Both bathrooms have had recent upgrades.

- New bedroom furniture all of excellent quality woods giving a rich look and feel. Aside from the sleep areas mentioned above, We have roll away beds for outdoor sleeping on the porch and great camping on the lower terrace at the top of the waterfall. So, we actually have room for up to 10 or 12 people in comfort and style where you have enough room for everyone to have a great time. Sorry no pets. We tried, and the first two guests with pets left definite signs of being here and it's just not fair to anybody else to come after these incidences. I am sorry for this, I do love animals.
