Beautiful new 4 season lake front home with 200+ ft lake front on pristine Lake Eden. Newly constructed (June 2007). Serene wooded location with gorgeous lake views from most every room in house. Huge wrap around deck perfect for cookouts, soaking in the sun or watching kayaks go by. Read a book in the screened porch/sun room and still enjoy the lake/mountain views. Family room features a stone fireplace and three walls of windows which provide views from every angle. Conveniently nestled between Stowe and Jay Peak for day trips of skiing, shopping, antiquing and casual to fine dinning. Clean and new yet cozy and charming - perfect to recharge the soul and to enjoy the Vermont fresh air.

Eden Mills is a quiet rural New England town with an old country store, hiking trails and of course spring fed Lake Eden.

Firepit for evening campfires by the water. Ample wood available.
TV does not receive local stations and there is no cable (by design!). However bring your dvds, for movies and cds for music. Speakers located in family room, kitchen, screened porch and back deck. Bring your iPod as there is an adaptor on the stereo so you can play your tunes.
