Our side door is steps from parking, so bringing in groceries & luggage from your car is so easy- no steps to climb! Guests keep coming back to enjoy our comfortable large LEATHER queen sleeper & loveseat in the living room, which we keep very clean. They are so comfy you could sleep on them all night and feel like you are on a bed! No need to pull out the sleeper!

Two FULL SIZE bedrooms/2 baths, a potenial 3RD bedroom/keeping room off the kitchen all on one floor offer you lots of private sleeping space. A KING bed is in the master with a private bath, and the guest room has 2 twin beds, and is adjacent to a private bath. The semi-private 'keeping room' has a full size fold out sofabed, and there is a queen sofabed in the living room. (Sleeps 4-6.)
There are THREE TVs with cable. One in each bedroom, and one in the living room. The living room has as NEW Flat Screen LCD TV & DVD player, and a comfy recliner to kick back & watch the golf channel in. The guest room has a VCR player, to include a VCR video library for your enjoyment.
