Clean and Beautiful, Family Friendly, Charming and walk to the Beach! Everything you need is here in this fully refinished ranch style cottage. Beautifully decorated while still remaining child proof! New hardwood floors throughout. New flat screen in living room. Wonderful quiet and safe dead-end location. Enjoy family time in the fully fenced in backyard with deck and gas grill. Take time to make s'mores by the fire pit out back. Relax in the outside shower after a great day at the beach. Have your morning coffee sitting at the bistro set on the front porch. Short walk to 3 salt water beaches. Perfect location for walkers: less than 1 mile to fruit stand, deli/grocery, The Sundae School ice cream, hot dog stand, bakery and family restaurants. Also close to antique stores and golf courses.
About Jean

I grew up renting a cottage with my Family in Dennisport. I always dreamed of owning a place in this area and sharing the simple joys ....

Jean purchased this cottage in 2005
Why Jean chose Dennisport

Having spent time in this area as a child, there was no other choice for me than Dennisport. I designed and decorated this house with Family in mind. Everybody wants something bright, pretty, clean and open - which this cottage is! But family friendly and child safe was also a big concern of mine. When we purchased this second home we had a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a newborn!

What makes this cottage unique

You cannot beat the neighborhood! So quaint and safe. A private and fenced in backyard and short walk to the beach makes it ideal for all ages. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan makes it so easy to enjoy family time, guests and friends.

Nearest Beach : Haigis Beach, at 0.3 Miles

We are located in a great area called Cornell Village. We are on a very quaint dead-end street off of Lower County Rd (Ocean side) next to Ocean Drive. It is a wonderful area for walking. Terrific trails for biking. Fabulous restaurants for dining and enjoying great seafood. Plenty of family activities to enjoy including mini golf, trampolines and golf carts. Lots of beaches for ocean activities. Close to Golf Courses. Enjoy kayaking at the local Swan River. Terrific local beach shops, fruit stand, ice cream shop, convenience stores and antique shoppes.

We love staying here!

We have rented this cottage for the last couple of years and can't wait to go back again this summer! It is a wonderful cottage and has everything you need for a fun family vacation. It is located on a quiet street and is within walking distance to the beach (about 15 min walk). There is an outdoor shower (which the kids love!), a grill and a fully stocked kitchen. The fenced in yard is wonderful for kids/pets. We really love that we are able to bring our dog on vacation with us. There is a great dog park not too far from the cottage also (short drive). The cottage is always so welcoming, very nicely decorated and very clean. It is in a great location-not far from Sundae School Ice Cream, Wolfies Bakery, and a great little farm stand down the road with fresh corn. Jean (the owner) is very nice to deal with and very prompt with all of our communications with her. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a pet friendly family vacation rental on the cape!

My family and I just returned from our stay in Dennisport and were so pleased to have stayed in this sweet spot for our trip. The cottage is quaint, comfortable, and well-stocked, and perfect for families with its fenced yard and quiet dead-end street. Walking distance to the beach, coffee, fresh produce, ice cream, and more, and centrally located for a quick drive up or down the cape.

We enjoyed our stay here and are sure your family will too!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Dennisport Cottage

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and the cottage was all that we could have hoped for. It was close to the beach and located near some very good restaurants. We used this as our 'home base' and explored Cape Cod each day It was also very nice to be able to take our dog, Hana. She loved the vacation too!!! .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
