Everything you need is here in this fully refinished ranch style cottage. Beautifully decorated while still remaining child proof! New hardwood floors throughout. Terrific, quiet and safe dead end locale. Enjoy family time in the fully fenced in backyard with deck and gas grill. Take time to make s'mores by the fire pit. Relax in the outside shower after a great day at the beach. Have your morning coffee siting at the bistro set on the front porch. Short walk to 3 salt water beaches. Perfect location for walkers: less than 1 mile to fruit stand, deli/grocery, The Sundae School ice cream, hot dog stand, bakery and family restaurants. Also close to antique stores and golf courses.
