Located in a coastal community of Ogunquit, this stately home is privately sited on an acre of land just one-half mile from the town center and a few blocks more to the beach.

Fabulous 720 sq. ft. family room is great for entertaining and easily seats 12 at the dining table and is further complimented by comfortable lounge seating and a large flat screen television (with 200 cable channels.)

The first floor includes a bedroom (queen size bed) and walk-in showered bath plus a cook's kitchen, breakfast area, and cozy family room with a pull out couch (double.)The second level provides four bedrooms (queen, queen, & two twins & a trundel bed = to two twins) and two baths.

Spacious yard invites the entire family - swing set for the children, beach and yard toys for all ages, and a stone patio complete with rock fountain and stone fire pit. When not at the beach, this is the next best place!
