3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 6, tropical setting

Location: Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, Florida (25 mins. from SRQ, 55 mins. from Tampa Airport. Spacious three bedroom two and a half bath townhouse condo close to shopping, trolley line and only a block to the beach!

Screened lanai in rear of condo and a tropical path lead to the large heated pool! There is a walk around deck on the second level and a deck off the master bedroom with peeks of the Gulf. Plenty of space for families inside and by the beautiful pool. Our beaches are a beautiful white sand, and offer miles of walking enjoyment. Along the beach you will find excellent restaurants and the island offers excellent biking. We have two wonderful piers for fish and dinning. This island is truly Paradise.

This was the most comfortable condo we've been in. Tons of room-even vacationing with my mother-in-law. Pool was warm and the 3' area was large for my 5yr old to learn to swim without her swim 'floatie'. Beach was beautiful and a short walk made easier with a wagon to carry the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, floats, and sand toys, which we bought more and left them for others to enjoy(along with a small net). Larry is local so if there's any problem he's right there to help out. We had a problem with the DVD player and hooked up our portable one. When we saw him later that day he said he'd bring another one right over. Also with him being local, he's a wealth of information on what to do and where to eat. We'll be back!!

My family and I like the Holmes Beach part of Anna Maria Island. We think it's the best place to vacation in Florida. This North Beach Village condo is right near the beautiful beach and a block from our favorite five star restaurant. It is also a short walk from the newest martini bar and live music offered on most nights.

We walked or bicycled to shopping and to a great little spa. We also walked to the local marina and went fishing for the day.

The condo itself is well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. We had lots of extras like TV's in every room, videos, games, books and beach toys. We instantly felt right at home. It was hard to leave at the end of the week.
Owner's Response: I have always tried to make sure my unit has everything that my family would like when we are renting a unit while on Vacation.
