The over-sized patio offers beautiful views up and down the beach. The interior has granite counter tops in the kitchen, high ceilings with crown molding make this condo open and spacious. There is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, perfect for that week at the beach! The fully furnished kitchen is great for cooking 'in' or there are several restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the beach activities, para sailing, jet skiing, swimming in the outdoor pool, or just sunning on the beautiful sugar sand. Tastefully decorated for both comfort and relaxation. Put your feet up and enjoy. My private cleaning service assures you of a CLEAN condo with deluxe accommodations.

There is deep sea, freshwater, inshore/backbay, bottom, trolling and surf fishing. Dolphin cruises, or morning dolphins off the balcony are always fun for the entire family.

This condo was even better than the description. It's in a great location and poximity to everything. When we arrived the A/C was not cooling. The owners immediately acted and a repairman arrived within a few hours. I would recommend this condo to everyone. This is a place my family and friends will be visiting for many years.
Owner's Response: This is a personal unit, not just a rental to us. We are picky, and keep the unit well maintained. Our cleaning lady is the best, and does a wonderful job of caring for our condo.
Island Royale is a great complex! You will be spoiled with its great amenities, and fabulous beach. Hope you will build some great beach memories with your family as we have with ours.
