Within 200 yards of a friendly local village dining pub, this recently refurbished detached property set in beautiful gardens is situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Some upper rooms have views to the Cotswold escarpment beyond. A large, south facing split level patio with seating and bbq area leads directly off the lounge, whilst a smaller breakfast patio leads off the conservatory. Patio tables, sun chairs and parasol are provided. The entire interior has been refurbished to a high standard with new flooring, decoration and furnishing. Ground floor rooms include entrance hallway with downstairs wc, a beamed lounge with solid oak flooring, atmospheric dining room, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast room & a lovely south facing conservatory. Upstairs there are 3 double (one master with en-suite shower room), 1 twin & 1 single bedrooms, the The property has a bright luxury bathroom and lots of storage space.

Winchcombe has several award winning restaurants, pubs, tearooms and speciality shops. Regency Cheltenham with it's racecourse and many amenities is a fifteen minute drive. Panoramic views can be had from the Cleeve Hill vantage point which also has a golf course and pleasant walks. Numerous honey stoned picture postcard Cotswold villages including Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bibury & Broadway are close by and Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon & Bath can be visited on day trips. Sudeley Castle in Winchcombe is linked to King Henry VIII. The castle and grounds are open to the public in season and include a garden centre & adventure playground. The GWR steam railway is within walking distance of the property. Some trains have luxury dining pullman cars and specials run to the racecourse on race days. The property is 1 hr from Birmingham Airport, 1.5 hrs from Heathrow & Bristol & 2hrs from Luton. It is a 0.5hr drive from the M5, 1hr from the M40 and 2.5hrs from London

Separate areas of the garden are linked by stone paths and a shaded corner area complete with children's playhouse adds to the charm. A garage and private driveway provides ample parking space. The entire property has been refurbished. The theme has been to create contemporary luxury accommodation with a homely feel. The accommodation is light and spacious with a gas fired central heating system. Ground floor areas are accessed via a welcoming hallway off which is located a downstairs toilet. The atmospheric dining room features an eight seater table, chairs and display cabinet. The beamed lounge has a solid oak floor and horseshoe fireplace. The American oak fitted kitchen is fully equipped and gives access via the conservatory to the garden. The attractive main bathroom includes bath, electric shower, WC and basin.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king sized bed, double built-in wardrobes and colonial style bedside tables, dressing table and mirror. This room has an en-suite with double basins, WC and shower cubicle. Two further bedrooms each include built-in wardrobes and new bedroom furniture. The two single bedrooms are similarly furnished. One of these is double sized and a sofabed will be added shortly. The bedrooms are linked by a hallway which features a mirror fronted shelved cupboard. Extra bedding and ironing facilities are located here. An airing cupboard is also located off the hallway.
