Newly painted and decorated, updated appliances, new bedding, ceiling fans, TV's in all rooms, 2 DVD's plus a VCR in living room. Central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, water filter, fully equipped modern kitchen. One assigned parking space plus plenty of street parking right in front!

Ocean City, MD is a family oriented kid-friendly resort town located on the Atlantic Ocean in Maryland. Mallard Landing is located off of 32nd St. bayside. The home sits on a wide canal with a view of the bay and is within walking distance to an amusement park featuring an incredible water park for all ages, rides, arcade, mini-golf, and a huge go-cart park. You can walk to fast food, surf shops, restaurants, deli and a liquor store without having to cross the highway! You can walk or ride to the beach. Ocean City is famous for it's boardwalk featuring bike rentals for morning bike rides, arcades, restaurants, rides, etc. There are fishing piers or you can charter boats from one of many marinas. Any water activity you can imagine is available in Ocean City. Golf, night life, restaurants, amusement parks, water parks, outlet shopping and mini golf are everywhere. There is even a bay front beach club. Assateague Island is a short drive away or drive to Delaware for tax-free shopping.

Our family of four thought this townhouse to be perfect in every way -- clean, large and very well maintained. We loved how close it was to everything, yet a relaxing and quiet retreat after a busy day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely choose this property again.

My family and I were in this unit from Aug. 20, '09 thru Aug. 23, '09. The townhome was so roomy and we had 9, but there was plenty of sleeping space, and just none of us wanted to leave, and I would definitely take this place again. We give it an A+++++.

This waterfront townhome was the perfect place to stay for our party of 7. Our 2 families were very pleased with the level of comfort, space and privacy available to us . The location was great with everything you need nearby. If your a fast food junkie you will love that you can walk to mcdonalds in no time at all .If fast food isnt your passion than you can take a short drive or walk to numerous resturaunts .some of our favorites were happy jacks or the fractured prune for breakfast or bjs on the water or bull on the beach for dinner . We did have some rainy weather so it was nice that house had tvs in every bedroom so that not everyone to to come to an agreeance on one channel.As for the sunny days jolly rogers is a short walk away providing putt putt and go- karting fun .upon arrivall the place was clean and filled with some essentials ( soap ,tp, ect. ) that help make the actual arrival more relaxing . i would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others .
