Beach amenities are included with your rental of this Corner Villa Condo, i.e.; snorkeling gear, water floats, paddle boats & kayaks, beach chairs, etc. except wind surfing equipment. Optional Airport Pickup and Drop off Available

We have airport pickup and drop off available, if you are interested, at $30.00 each way. This would include a lot of valuable information for you and a provisions stop on the way to Sapphire Beach to buy food, etc. Cabs from the airport to Sapphire run about $10.00 per person. *****************************************************************************************************************************************

Optional Daily Maid Service or Fresh Towel Service

Daily maid service is $45.00 extra. Just daily towels changes are $10.00. *****************************************************************************************************************************************

Payment Methods, Cancellation Policy & Travel Ins

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at time of confirmed reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment is only accepted in US dollars unless the amount of foreign currency is specifically agreed upon in advance. Payment may be made by check or online via PayPal by credit card or bank transfer. Because no refunds can be made if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, it is strongly recommended that all guests take out travel comprehensive insurance when booking this St. Thomas Corner Villa Condo. Your insurance should cover loss of deposit, loss of full condo rental payment, and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal luggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and expenses to cover additional condo rental accommodations and repatriation costs should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risks.
