Brand new 3400 sq. foot Luxury Home located at #9 29th Ave. is just 1.5 Blocks from the Renowned Ocean Beach on the Isle of Palms. boasts 5 large bedrooms, and 5 full bathrooms conveniently located through two floors. Three bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen and the fifth bedroom has four bunks and one twin along with two pullout sofas in two family rooms. This open concept entertainment home has multiple decks and porches throughout the house as well as a rooftop deck with beautiful ocean views for optimal entertaining. There is also a garage for parking and a full gorgeous gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A large gas grill located next to a beautiful private pool just steps outside the door. Relax while watching one of the multiple Plasma TVs, surfing the net anywhere in the house or just catching up on some reading outside by the pool. Great Location, Great Floor Plan!!! House is well kept and very clean. One block from the MOST BEAUTIFUL beach I had ever seen. Great kitchen but there are some very good resturants in the area so why bother cooking...
Really must explore the city of Charleston so a car is necessary!

Beach Family Reunion

This was the perfect home for our reunion of 17 family members. The main floor was spacious - just right for cooking and gathering and it was nice for each family to have a private bath off of the bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the decks in the evening after a day on the beach. Located on a quiet side street was an added bonus.
