The house features an expansive bay-front deck and beautiful gardens. Inside, the house is divided into two separate apartments. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms (one queen and 2 double twins), formal dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and sun porch. The downstairs unit has 2 queen bedrooms, sleeper sofa, full kitchen and bath, and expansive living/dining area with French doors onto the deck. The attic (extra charge) offers additional sleeping for 4 as well as a half bath and kitchenette. UNITS MAY BE RENTED SEPARATELY. Other amenities include a laundry, beach furniture, hammock, and outdoor shower. The charming property is secluded, yet only steps to town, the ocean, and Sunken Forest National Park. Cherry Grove is a quaint, yet lively town that attracts all types of folks - gay/straight/old/young/families/singles.

Cherry Grove is on Fire Island, a beautiful strip of land with wide sand beaches, natural dunes, and small communities. There are no cars allowed in the community - just boardwalks and nature. Leave your car at the ferry - the house is only a five-minute walk to town, and a two-minute walk to the beach. PLEASE NOTE: This property is not right for prom events, or as a place to stay related to weddings, etc. on Long Island. The property is only open from April through October.
