A most beautiful, relaxing place, this is the unit that you've been looking for! Quiet, serene, gorgeous sunrises, crystal clear waters. Villas del Faro, in Maunabo, Puerto Rico is located just one hour from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Isla Verde. The vacation rental unit is in a gated, private and secure location. Enjoy continuous gentle breezes in this second floor, walk-up (1209 sq ft) unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 2 baths and 2 private parking spots. This ocean front unit is located right on a mile long beach and within a 5 minute drive of others. Swim in clear Caribbean water and enjoy water activities. All bedrooms, as well as living area, have ocean views, well as of a lighthouse built in 1892 by the Spaniards. Master has a balcony. The community has 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis court and a half basketball court. Cable TV. Maunabo is on the south east side of the island facing the Caribbean Sea. A new construction decorated and furnished for your comfort.

Maunabo is in the south east area of Puerto Rico. The Villas del Faro condo complex is on a small hill right on a mile long beach. The town of Maunabo, a 3 minute car drive from the condo complex is a rural small town reflective of old-time Puerto Rico. Surrounding the town there are plantations of sugar, plantain and other fruits and vegetables. Beyond small hills encircle. A gentle breeze cools days and nights.

Notes: The unit offers excellent views as it is located on the third floor. However, you enter the building through the second floor, it is on the incline of a hill, so you only need to go up one floor to get to the unit.

My wife and I rented this apartment with my mother-in-law, two sons (both under 5) and teenage nephew. It easily slept the six of us and there was room for at least two more people. My nephew loved the pools and basketball half-court. The kiddie pool and playground were perfect for our toddlers. Our youngest is under 2 yrs old and could easily stand in the kiddie pool. There was enough room in the kiddie pool for my two boys, nephew, wife and myself. The view off the balconies is beautiful. We enjoyed a cup a coffee every morning on the balcony listening to the ocean with views of the lighthouse on one side, Emajagua on the other, and the ocean straight ahead. We're recommending this place to all our family members for when they go to PR. We wanted to be close to Manaubo which was only about 15 minutes away. You have to drive 15-20 minutes in either direction to find a grocery store, gas station, and such but if you want to be cut off from the every day grind, this place is perfect. We'll definately go again and maybe stay longer than a week next time.
