The Shores of Panama is the Premier Development in Panama City Beach. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort. Amenities include: white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf front pool with fountains, water features and a winding swimming lagoon thru the palm trees, outdoor star shaped hot tub, outdoor Tiki food and drink huts, indoor heated pool and hot tub, indoor spa, fitness center, sauna and steam rooms, and much more!

Take a look at our condo’s location. This 6th floor end unit is directly overlooking the beach with great views up and down the beach. You can sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun setting to the west.

We have a reserved parking space on the 6th floor right next to the parking deck entrance. No waiting on an elevator to get to the condo from your car. When you get to our condo you will enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room that has a LCD Hi Def TV, DVD/VHS player. We also provide expanded digital cable and a high-speed DSL internet connection to keep up with your web surfing.

The well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, range-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, tile floors will make it easy to prepare meals. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer.

The bedroom has a king sized bed, a ten foot walk-in closet (unique to I units) and master bath with a tub/shower. The bunkroom has its own separate bathroom and shower. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and black out drapes for easy guest sleeping.

World famous Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. Other nearby restaurants have excellent cuisine you can only find in Panama City Beach. Other close attractions include Ripley’s Believe It or Not, golfing, amusement parks, and St. Andrews State Park.

Horrible.. Never Go Back.. EVER!!!

My 2 children and I stayed here for the week of Spring Break and the condo WAS NEVER CLEANED FROM WHEN THE PREVIOUS RENTERS WERE THERE. Not only that, but the back door didn't lock, it was broken, and the sink was clogged AND WE FOUND HAIR BALLS IN THE BED. WE ALL ENDED UP HAVING TO SLEEP IN THIS ONE BED THE ENTIRE WEEK. I contacted the owners of the condo by phone to let them know (who lived in another state) and they said they would get back to me. They never did, and then they wouldn't pick up their phone when I kept calling them back. They even wouldn't pick up their phone when we got home from Florida!!! Pretty shady operation. I've never given a bad review in my life, but felt I had to because it literally ruined our vacation. NEVER STAY HERE.

Owner's Response: Spring break at the beach can be stressful with crowds of people on vacation.

The renter did not contact me until the fifth day of their stay at our condo. No messages on either my home or cell telephone. My wife and I were home all week, except for appointment with doctors on Tuesday morning. If the renter had informed me earlier, I could have had my maid correct any problem with the unit. Our unit sleeps up to six people with a king size bed, bunk beds, and queen sleeper sofa.

I have used the same maid for the last five years with no complaints from other renters or when I stayed at the unit from time to time. When I talked with the renter on Thursday, I immediately contacted my maid. She said that she had personally cleaned the unit including dusting, changing linens, cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, and vacuuming and mopping the tile floors. When I asked about the broken back door (floor to ceiling sliding glass doors), she said that the door will lock, but you had to make sure the heavy doors were closed all the way first. She was not aware of a clogged sink (slow draining) but would check. She said that she could not explain the hair ball in the sheets because she did notice any hair when she put clean sheets on the bed.

When I talked with the renter on Thursday, she stated that her kids were going the sleep on the sleeper sofa that night rather than sleeping with her. The renter called on Friday stating that they have chosen to go home and that the unit was available for cleaning.

Fantastic Condo!

We loved this condo! It was clean and roomy, had an outstanding view, and an excellent parking place. We didn't have to use the elevator at all. The sixth floor was high enough to provide a great view yet low enough to be able to use the stairs when going to the pool or beach. With the reserved parking spot -also on the sixth floor- we never had to worry about where to park. We also didn't have to worry about finding a cart to load/unload our luggage, or ever wait on an elevator. The kids loved the shell collection and educational artwork that matched some of the shells. The condo location was great too - FANTASTIC panoramic view of the ocean! Check in and out was very quick. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Outstanding Condo

We stayed in this condo for the Memorial Day weekend. I have to say that it was even prettier than the pictures and very clean. It had everything we needed and was very spacious. Most one bedroom condos are rather cramped, but not this one! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I appreciated the large walk in closet. The owners had left noodles and floats for use which I didn't notice until I purchases more noodles. That was ok--we added them to the collection. The balcony was large and faced the ocean. We had a beautiful view every day. I could even read on the balcony at night because the light actually worked. That is always relaxing to me, but most of the time the lights don't work so it really impressed me that these did. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. I would stay here again!

The View and Parking

The view from this balcony is beautiful, nothing but water and sand. We loved the condo and the bed was comfortable. The perk to this room was the reserved parking space on the same floor as the room. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort very much. It rained the entire time but that did not spoil our fun. We stayed in the condo because it was so relaxing. This was a mom and daughter trip. The resort is fabulous! The pool is amazing. Parking was a breeze since the owners have a great parking spot right at the elevators. We cannot wait to go back.
