Location! Location!

Waterfront Key West home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Situated on a corner of an intracoastal waterway canal just minutes from a beautiful beach park. Equipped with two boat lifts (24M lbs and 6M lbs) with 150 ft and two sides of waterfront. Short bike ride or power walk to the bustling night life and shopping of “Atlantic Avenue”. House is 2¼ miles east of I-95, making sightseeing convenient. Bathrooms and Kitchen have been completely renovated. Floor plan is open and spacious. Bedrooms have beautiful rosewood hardwoods, with the main areas covered in travertine stone. Counter tops are solid granite. Appliances are top of the line. Master bedroom/bath is large with French doors off the pool/patio. Huge walk-in closet/ built-in drawers & laundry hampers. 2nd bedroom has its own bathroom with a 3rd cabana bath right outside the 3rd bedroom. House has a covered porch to relax with easterly breeze from the intracoastal.

Pool and Patio: The house has a covered porch to get out of the sun and relax with easterly breeze from the intracoastal. The patio also features an entertainment bar with a pass through to kitchen for easy servicing and entertaining. Large pool and deck to lounge in the sun. Two boat lifts and plenty of room to pull up a boat at the 40 ft dock.

Parking/Second Master Rm/ Hurriance prepared: There is a two car garage with a additional circular driveway for easy off the street parking

2nd bedroom could be a second master bedroom with it own bath, split floor plan is great for two couples or guest.

House is hurricane prepared with hurricane roof, windows, shutters, garage door, and alternate generator power source.

This home is absolutely beautiful!!!

It seems a lot of thought went in to making it very homey, with everything a vacationer could need. As two single women, we loved the location. The back patio area is fabulous and tranquil. We spent our days lounging by the pool or at the nearby beach. At night, it was an easy cab ride to all the nightlife Atlantic Ave. has to offer. We went in the off-season (July) and still found there was plenty to do. The town is a very eclectic mix of friendly people of all ages.

Martha and Greg were wonderful – extremely helpful. It was a perfect vacation!

Wonderful accomodations

Very comfortable, updated home. We had plenty of room for family gatherings. Lots of seating inside and out. The grill was not usable but is easily fixed. There was plenty of linens,pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was clean as was all of the home. The location was perfect for all of our needs with restaurants, theater, and beach within blocks. We will be returning!!!!

WONDERFUL DELRAY BEACH HOUSE!

We rented this home for a week during our daughters wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect! The openness of the home was great for a small cookout for our out of town guests. The bride and her bridesmaids also enjoyed getting ready here. Even the photographer loved it! After the wedding we enjoyed our down time in the beautiful pool and fishing in the backyard (and yes everyone caught something!) The beach is very convenient and the homeowners provided plenty of beach towels and chairs. The little town of Delray is very close and so enjoyable with plenty of shops and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Delray and this beautiful home! PERFECT! Thank you Greg & Martha for sharing your home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Delray Beach. The location was great we we didn't really have to go on the I95 as everything is so close. We went to the beach by bike with the grand kids. The heated pool was a blessing and the house really easy to maintain. We highly recommend it.
