Situated on a private country road, this neighborhood is great for families or some much needed relaxation and rejuvenation. Built in 2006 this modern space has all the needed amenities with sun filled living room, gleaming maple floors, gas cooking, flat screen TV & surround sound system. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are downstairs providing extra privacy for the MBR. 2 Decks for sitting and tanning. Curl up with a book on the adorable sun porch. 15 minute barefoot walk to the beach. Sleeps 8 (1 Queen, 1 Full & 3 twins). 2 ½ baths. Washer/dryer. Parking for 3 cars. This posh and sassy spot oozes with funk. Close drive to shops, restaurants,& historic fishing community of Gloucester, Rocky Neck & Bareskin Neck Artist colonies (Rockport). Whale Watching, Surf Fishing, Harbor Cruises are just some of the local attractions. Commuter Rail to Boston or 45 drive.
