6 bedroom, 2.5 baths, outside shower, sleeps 8-10

6 bedroom central air conditioned & heated home. Sleeps 8-10, 2.5 bathrooms and an outside shower. New kitchen with granite counter top. 2 short blocks from the semi private beach. In town location, walking distance to the train station (NJCL line), beach, charming shops, high end restaurants, and duck pond. Front porch, back deck and rear yard. The rear yard is shared with a three bedroom,one bath, with porch,rental cottage, on creek also for rent.

House recently decorated and new carpet added.

Bay Head is a charming beach/ocean town with great local amenities that are walking distance from the house and include boutiques, restaurants, parks, tennis courts, marina, beach, and fishing. And within a short drive there are boat rentals, amusement parks, historical homes and museums, board walks, aquariums, golf courses, mini golf, more restaurants, and extensive nightlife. Some of these activities may require a fee. All these activities require caution and can be dangerous. The map that indicates Avon beneath Bayhead is inaccurate, that is not the location of Avon.

Golf: There are numerous 18 hole golf courses with 20-30 minute drive. There is several driving ranges as well.

Notes: Convenient kitchen on second floor. There are two kitchens. Please note that the washing machine and dryer are located in the kitchen. Credit cards accepted through **PayPal Only**. Central heat and air conditioning! Renter must provide bed sheets, towels, paper supplies. However, owner will provide the same for a fee of $200. Also has a recreational loft for lots of fun! Unit also has a sunset room for watching those lovely sunsets. Country French dining room table and china cabinet. Granite counter tops in the kitchen.

Family loved it. Great house, excellent location. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful porches. Great Bay Head beaches.
A few instructions would have been helpful, For instance did not know central AC was on with all windows open. We discovered where to turn it off. A few extra blankets would also have been good. Kitchen has no apparent outlet, so dishwasher was too much trouble, but had a fine time hand washing dishes.
Would rent again. Thank you.
