Located on a very nice gated community, it's an easy trip to Disney and all the excitement of the Theme Parks in under 12 minutes. The villa has a sunny south facing pool, with great views. Enjoy an al-fresco meal on the patio deck, sunbathe or just relax in the pool and watch the sunset. Just perfect after a fun day out at the parks, malls or nearby excellent Golf courses. With 5 good-sized bedrooms the villa is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. There is air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans too. The master bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is a house bathroom. Each room has TV and DVD players and bright house cable channels and a PS2 Console. The kitchen and dining areas have everything you would expect. Based on Sunset Ridge this select-gated community is close by the brand new Polk county visitors centre situated at Posner Retail park. The villa has great access links to the US-27 and the Interstate-4 highways, allowing you to get to golf courses, theme parks (Disney in 12 mins) and shopping centres very easily and quickly. Local shops include several petrol/gas stations, and eating-places such as; Perkins, McDonald's, Wendy’s and Denny’s, there is also a 7-11 store and 'The Pub' which serves meals and English Beer with the soccer, for those with a taste for it. The nearest Pharmacy (Walgreens) is approx 4 miles away. Publix supermarket is just 5 minutes away and the nearest Wal*Mart store is just 8 miles along the US-27. We can easily be reached from all three main airports in the region; Sanford (Approx 45 Mins), Tampa (around 65 Mins) and Orlando (Around 20 Mins). Champions Gate golf is a very short drive (no pun intended) away (5 mins).

  • Our vacation home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. All fixtures and fittings have been chosen with care to provide maximum comfort and everything you could possible need to ensure you have the perfect holiday memories to treasure forever.The design of the property and bedroom positions ensure that all guests can spend as much or as little time together as they wish, making this the ideal retreat for multi family occupancy. There is also a child’s travel cot/crib. The two master bedrooms provide elegant and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Both have their own private bathroom, walk in wardrobes, alarm clock, hair dryer and LCD TVs. One of them also opens up onto the covered lanai and pool area. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. The Queen bedroom also has an LCD TV and its own walk in wardrobe. There is also Disney themed bedroom with two single beds, ideal for the younger members of the family. Mickey and Minnie will be found in here along with a themed TV and DVD player

Notes: Also Included are breakfast bar, full sized dining table, fridge freezer and ice maker, electric oven, dishwasher, waste disposer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and of course all utensils and cutlery. The Great room has a large TV with Brighthouse cable channels. Full security and monitored/rapid response alarm system fitted with keypad entry on the front door. There is also a guests safe (free of charge). The pool is cleaned each week and the patio area has a circular table (with sun parasol), chairs and sun loungers. The whole pool area is screened and looks out over excellent views.
