New beach house with your own private pool in backyard & private beach. Split bdrm design offers 2 king bdrms with complete privacy for 2 couples or is perfect for 2 families (2 additional bdrms for the kids) Why stay in a cramped condo and share a pool with strangers when you can have the privacy and convenience of your own home! All new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room with full size W/D, Gas Grill, 2 car garage with key pad entry so everyone can come and go without keys. Great Room has 37 inch LCD HDTV, DVD,stereo CD shelf system. For children's safety, house has alarms on all doors and windows leading to pool deck. House is approximately 1500 feet from private beach access, shown in picture. You can walk to our beach access or drive 0.3 mile east to public parking near Pompano Joe's. Close to all Destin has to offer, 5 min from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, 5 min from Destin Commons Mall, centrally located to all restaurants & shopping.

Mike & Sherry:

Thank you once again for allowing us the use of your lovely home away from home. Everything we needed was there. It is beautifully decorated and maticulously maintained. It is a short walk to the beach and we watched every sunrise and sunset as we strolled the white sand beaches.
The landscaping is great and we hope to come during summer time to use your large uniqely shaped swimming pool. We did sit out back and enjoyed reading a book in the lovely Caribean setting.
Your House is close to everything and we took advantage of all that Destin has to offer. Our favorite activity is deep sea fishing and my second and third favorites are shopping and sea food restaurants.
We hope to come again soon and this time bring my father and both of my children with their spouses. The four bedrooms make it very convenient for a family get together.
Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your lovely Florida home. We will be back!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location with plenty of room for 10. The pool is great, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach is right across the street and there are great restaurants and nightlife nearby. I would highly recommend this property.
