We have tried to think of all the items needed to have you feel comfortable as you would be at home. There are beach chairs and towel for the beach. I have also included games, books, basketball, and tennis raquets with tennis balls.

Notes: The condo is on the second floor. An elevator is not available. Stairs are only one flight up and are comfortable for everyone to handle. This is a private community and for only discrete clients. A 10X20 garage is available for items as such as motorcycles or sailboats. This would allow people that ride motorcycles or have a fishing boat to store their toys safely and securely.

We hope you will find our condo as comfortable and cozy as we do. We enjoy our place away from home convenient. There is a new Publix grocery store being build 2 miles from the condo as well as a new Movie Theater being build just minutes away. The interstate is located just 1 mile down hwy 16 for the luxury of traveling to either Jacksonville or Daytona Beach. We are located just 30 minutes from either destination. Downtown historic St. Augustine is only minutes away and we enjoy what it has to offer. There are fabulous concerts on Friday evenings downtown as well as a boat parade that is a must see at Christmas time.

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was immaculate, well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The owner has taken much pride in this condo. She also made sure that everything was to our liking upon our arrival,gave perfect directions to the condo and gave me a list of nearby restraunts and shopping. I will definetly recommend this property and I will most definetly stay there on my next visit!!

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was impeccably clean and very well stocked with every possible amenity! There were even board games, a brand new basketball, tennis rackets, tennis balls, beach chairs and beach towels! The kitchen is very well equipped and I was able to make elaborate meals with ease. This owner has thought of everything and was extremely personable and helpful on the phone, calling to make sure we arrived alright, that all was in order. St. Augustine is one of our favorite travel destinations, we visit at least 4 times a year but this is the first time staying at this condo. With reasonable rates, extremely clean accomodations and close proximity to town and beaches, I highly recommend this condo! Great attention to detail! Thanks for a lovely time!

The Condo was very clean and well equiped.
The owner was very helpful and friendly. The Condo includes a garage where we could store our small Laser sailboat. It is about 10 Minutes by car to downtown St. Augustine and about 20 Minutes to the beaches. We will use the condo again for our next stay in St. Augustine!

The best Vacation EVER

I have rented this rental about 3 times yet this far. I must say, I am one who travels quite a bit and by far this has been our favorite stay. Not only is it quite, clean, and in the middle of everything, it is also reasonable. It is very quite, yet in the middle of everything. The rental owner has been more than wonderful to us each time and has made our vacations over and beyond enjoyable. If you haven't visited yet, it is a must. You will not regret this offer. We seriously loved it. We were able to shop, enjoy downtown, local eateries and beaches. This will be a place we will again return too. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience that will have you returning again and again.
