Our condo is very clean and well appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe.

Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened/glasses all weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time.

We are offering a deluxe/luxury condo; rent as a 2 bedroom/2 bath or 3 bedroom/3 bath. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and/or chest and cable TV; some with VCR & DVD. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room and glass/screened-in all-weather porch/sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large TV with VCR and/or DVD player.

Located on the shores of Table Rock lake on Emerald Pointe. Our swimming pool is on one side of the condo and Tablerock lake is on the other side, with a full service marina just 1/2 block to the west. A fishing, boating and water sports paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery. It's a great location no matter what your vacation plans include, there is something for everyone.

We have friends who own condos in the area same area so we can help you with large groups and family reunions/vacations.

This is a single unit that can be rented as a two or three bedroom, it will not be rented to more than one group at a time.

About Sandy Harms

We love the Branson area and have vacationed there for over 20 years. Before we purchased a condo we rented ourselves and sometimes the condos we rented were not as nice and clean as we hoped. In 2002 we stayed as a guest at this complex and it was 'great'. At the time I asked my husband, 'how are we going to stay anywhere else after we stayed here in Emerald Pointe?'. It was in a gated community; nice, quiet, right on Tablerock Lake and only about 50 yards to the lake waters edge, the pool, an on site marina and boat slips, yet only minutes from all the attractions of Branson. We decided to inquire about condos for sale and bought our first condo which started our business: Branson Lakeside Condos.

Why Sandy Harms chose Branson

The location is perfect. We are a gated community right off of two of the alternate traffic relief routes (Hwy 165 & Hwy 265) so you can get anywhere in Branson quickly. It is a gated community located between the Tablerock Lake Dam and Highway 65 to we have easy access to all the attractions yet we are right on the shores of the clear water of Table Rock Lake. It is a quiet area to relax but all the attractions of Branson are only minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

We are so close to the Lake, the water is only 50 yards in front of the condo building. We have on site swimming pools, tennis courts, weight & exercise room, and a marina with a convenience store less than a half of a block away. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away. We have very little traffic on the land or the water. We are a gated community so the amenities offered are strictly for our guests and resident use only. Fabulous scenery to enjoy; you won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just minutes away. A wonderful place to return to rest after a day of site seeing or boating.

    The US Army Corp of Engineers (Corp) owns all the property around Table Rock Lake to a certain altitude. The condo buildings are built as close to the lake as they legally can be and still be within the 'Corp of Engineers' regulations. The Corp doesn't allow any trees to be cut down ($5000 fine) around the lake so there are trees between the condos and the lake. Therefore, our condos do not have an unobstructed lake view but the lake water is only 50-60 yards in front of the building. The trees are trimmed up and there are mulch paths with a gentle slope that lead to the waters edge and the marina.

We spent 4 nights in this comfortable condo while attending attractions in Branson. It was quiet and peaceful, especially sitting on the enclosed sun porch looking out at the trees. We could take a few steps outside and be at the lakeside. We loved the priivacy of having a bathroom for each bedroom. It is a few miles out of the center of Branson, but it only took a few minutes to reach anyplace we wanted to go. Do take time to walk around old town historic Branson. The owners had provided everything we needed to be able to come right in and make the place our home for a few days.

We stayed 6 nights. What an amazing Condo. We couldn't have wanted for anything more. It rained a few times while we where there and it was very pleasant to just stay around the condo. Being so close to the docks gave us a daily attraction. Very comfortable beds and extremely nice having a bathroom to ourselves. By eating at the condo we saved a Bunch of money and I know it was better food too. We made an awesome pot of chili. I would Highly recommend this condo and if we ever take another trip to Branson we'll stay there. Thank you Sandy!

Our family of 6 stayed in the lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo for 4 days. It was perfect for us. It can sleep up to 9 total with the master having a king sized bed, one bedroom having a queen and the 3rd bedroom having a bunk bed with the lower bed being full sized and finally the queen size sofa sleeper. The place was clean and well furnished for our needs. Sandy the property manager was easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to make our stay easy. And the price is very reasonable for the number of people that can be comfortably accommodated. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again!

Great Hotel Alternative

We previously stayed at hotels/motels in Branson and we were very happy we decided to try a condo. We LOVED having the full sized washer & dryer IN the condo -it was wonderful. It's an excellent alternative for families or those who like to pack lightly as you don't have to pack an entire week's worth of clothes because you can wash/dry clothes as needed right in your condo. We cooked most meals in the condo and saved lots of money on food because of the fully equipped kitchen in the condo.We were able to see several more shows and rent a boat because of the money we saved on food and not having to spend money at a laundromat in Branson. Plus, the lady who booked our condo for us was very pleasant and was able to refer us to someone at the on-site marina who gave us a great deal on a boat rental. Thanks for the great vacation!

Owner's Response: Lena you are so right. Actually we purchased a condo here because it was such a beautiful area, but the kitchen and washer/dryer in each condo was a deciding factor. When we first started coming to Branson we stayed in motels, but started renting condos when our kids got older so we could cook our meals and save, but the condos we purchased were the first to have a washer/dryer inside the condos. We know you don't go on vacation to do laundry but it is so nice to be able to pack lighter and be able to wash a load or two each day rather than going to a laundromat.
