Coconut Villas, unit 10, is located directly across the street from Redington Beach and the Redington Beach fishing pier. This private, gated complex offers beautiful, luxury condos in a quiet setting with pool steps from your door. This unit is elegantly furnished with granite countertops, crown molding, and lavish decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes new appliances. Also included are cable television and high speed Internet access. The pool area is lushly landscaped with tropical plants and includes tiki tables and grills. The Suncoast beach trolley stops directly in front of this unit and will take you up and down the beach to many of the areas fine restaurants and attractions such as John's Pass Village. There is something for everyone here!

Redington Shores is a water lovers paradise. The area is full of boating, fishing, sunbathing, para sailing and just about any water related activity you want. Redington shores is a very upscale area with fine dining including 'The Lobster Pot' and 'The Wine Cellar' just a short walk from the unit. Redington shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach and both are just a short drive or trolley ride away. Don't forget downtown St. Petersburg, (museums and Devil Rays Baseball) and Tampa (Performing Arts and Lightning Hockey) also within easy reach. You will never be short of things to do!
