Unit comes with washer and dryer and built in wall unit plasma HDTV above the fireplace. Both bedrooms have TVs with cable. There is a parking place in the condo unit and plenty of off street parking. All off La Jolla is within walking distance so you can park your car and get everywhere by foot. The condo is pet friendly but also hypo allergenic. The kitchen is fully redone with modern kitchen appliances and 2 eating spaces. A bar with stools and table that seats 6. There is an area outside where one can BBQ. The windows open up to let in the ocean breezes and you can hear the ocean. This building has only 3 units and is very quiet.
