This beautiful home is located 12 kilometers south of Dominical on the Costanera Highway. Traveling south, turn left at the double driveway located 7/10 of a kilometer south of mile marker “km 155.” Travel 1.2 kilometers up the mountain and look for a green and yellow three-story house on the left.
We loved that the ocean was at the bottom of the mountain. We just drove down the mountain and onto the beach. It was paradise!
Our family (three daughters, son-in-law, and friends) feels we'have come home' when we arrive at our Costa Rican treasure.
We purchased this home because of the charm and attraction of the nearby surfing town of Dominical. It allows you to experience the rich culture of Costa Rica with the convenience of a large home near the ocean and surrounded on two sides by jungle. CNN states, 'People often stay longer in this sleepy surf town than they intended to, thanks to monster waves and lush green forests. Dominical’s warm waters also make it ideal for long, lazy swims' (October 17, 2011).
