This well-appointed home, located in west Ocean City, has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and offers a sense of style and luxury. Enjoy the home's peace and serenity from the inlet and cool ocean breezes. On the first floor, a one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment with separate handicapped accessible entrance. Complete with queen sized bed, kitchen, living room with queen sized sleep sofa, bathroom and ample deck. On the second floor, a luxurious master bedroom suite with queen sized bed, unique art work, luxury bath. Enjoy views of the marsh, marina and inlet in the large adjoining sunroom. Two additional bedrooms (2 twin beds and one double bed), decorated in nautical themes, share a bathroom. On the top floor, the spacious, great room with beautiful hardwood floors, sectional sofa, fireplace. Views of the wetlands. The kitchen features granite counters, deck overlooking the marina. An elevator takes you (and your luggage) between floors. We rent to adults 25 years or older.

Marsh Magic is located in west Ocean City, just off Route 50 near the inlet into the Atlantic Ocean. Within walking distance, are many quality restaurants frequented by the locals. The street is a cul-de-sac, ending into a sandy beach perfect for viewing the shoreline of Ocean City and the boats entering the nearby marinas. Walk or take the shuttle to the town of Ocean City. Enjoy people watching or biking on the boardwalk, riding the carnival rides, swimming in the ocean, and eating lots of resort food. There are numerous art/craft shows and fishing tournaments held in Ocean City during the year. Within a 5-minute drive of Marsh Magic is Ocean Downs raceway, with live harness racing during the summer. Within a 10-minute drive is the quaint town of Berlin, most noted for being where 'The Runaway Bride' was filmed. Enjoy watching the 'Shore Birds' baseball in Salisbury, just 20 minutes away. Or head to Snow Hill to go canoeing down the cypress tree- lined Pocomoke River.

The first floor apartment may be rented by the month during the off-season.

    We rent to adults aged 28 or older.

Notes: There are TWO, fully equipped kitchens -- each with full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, microwave oven, garbarge disposal, and dishwasher. In the first floor apartment, which has its own handicapped accessible entrance, there is a stack washer/dryer unit. There is a full-sized washer/dryer on the second floor. If you do not wish to bring linens (towels and sheets), they can be obtained from PMI Rental or Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental.

Walk to Sunset and OC Fisherman's Marinas: From the kitchen, you can see boats leaving and entering Sunset Marina, which is about a 5-10 minute walk from Marsh Magic. Also in the area of Sunset Marina are great local restaurants including: Sunset Grille, The Shark, Crab Alley, and Captain's Galley. From the back decks, you can see the boats at OC Fisherman's Marina, which is a 10 minute walk from Marsh Magic. OC Fisherman Marina features a gift store and restaurant overlooking the inlet. In short, Marsh Magic is a perfect location for deep sea fishing excursions -- and sampling local fare! NOTE ON WINTER AVAILABILITY: From December 2008 through May 31, 2009, the first floor apartment is being rented. The two top floors -- which include the great room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two and a half baths -- still may be rented.

The Perfect Beach House

In our quest to find the perfect beach house for a group of 10... difficulties and frustrations grew. The first thing that every person said when we walked through the door was 'Wow!'. At that point, we knew we made the right decision. The house was immaculate and immense! It was beautifully decorated and even toward the end of the week, I was still noticing artwork that I had yet to admire! With a relaxing week at the beach in store, we couldn't have picked a better house! With so many decks to choose from, we would drink our coffee in the morning and watch the boats coming in... and in the evenings, we would sit on the deck off of the Great Room and watch the birds in the marsh. The way the house was set up was perfect for all of the people in our group. It was almost difficult to run into each other because there was so much room! The location of the house was also perfect. It was far enough off the beaten path to offer tranquil views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet close enough that a quick car ride took us to where we wanted to be. I must say that the pictures provided do no justice! You must see for yourself how amazing this house is!
