The condo is on the second floor, there is no elevator. There are two gas grills for your use, enjoy a leisure game of shuffleboard or go for a swim. Whether you are seeking family fun or an intimate get away for two, this is the place to do it. Enjoy the magnificent 'Sunshine State'. We offer an impeccable clean, completely furnished one bedroom condo, with a full size Murphy bed in the living room, so it sleeps 4 comfortably. What makes this condo so special, is the bathroom has two doors, one from the bedroom and the other from the living area. This allows total privacy, if you have guests or children. The condo is all fully furnished, full remodeled kitchen, beach towels, linens, iron and ironing board, etc. The ceramic tile, and peach walls give this a real Key West flair

The Unit was clean, quiet, great location by the beach. Owner was very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this to a friend - and we intend to return next year.

Nice vacation apartment

We stayed her for a week October 2009. It was not our first visit to FL.We did not want to stay in a hotel, and we wanted all the amenities of a home. I did not want to bother hotel guests if our baby was fussy. It was a very nice vacation condo with a pool . Very clean,comfortable and nice apartment. Great location.
The owner is great, very helpful.
We would definitely stay here again.

Hi ~ This is everything described in the advertisement. It is clean, quiet, light filled - and complete.

As well, the small complex is pristine and beautifully landscaped with a patio, heated pool and very nice tenants.

Very relaxing...
