Beautifully furnished oceanview condo that won't break your vacation budge. Enjoy ocean views from LR deck and lake views from BR deck. Unit is just steps to the beach and to lake and walking trail and an easy three-block walk to the boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. With queen-size bed in bedroom, built-in twin bunk beds in hall alcove, and queen-size sleeper-sofa, this condo accommodates up to six persons. Condo has central air and heat, high speed Internet and wireless, washer/dryer, full cable television and DVD/VCR players in LR & BR, and assigned covered parking. Fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and other cooking and dining amenities. Departure cleaning included. Lots to do: Visit the Kure Beach pier, the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War site/museum, WW II Battleship North Carolina, ScreenGems movie studios, and Wilmington's Historic River District with its unique shops, restaurants, and carriage or trolley rides.

Carolina Beach is a moderate-sized community with boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, businesses, full service Marina, and miles of beautiful, wide beaches that are uncrowded, clean, and great for strolling, sunbathing, or fishing. This condo has ocean views from the living room deck. Pleasantly warm summer ocean waters for swimmers and surfers. Carolina Beach Lake can be viewed from bedroom deack and has walking trail and paddle boats for rent. Nearby attractions include Fort Fisher Civil War Museum, North Carolina Aquarium, USS Battleship North Carolina, Carolina Beach State Park, ScreenGems Movie Studios, Fort Fisher Ferry, Orton Plantation & Gardens, and Kure Beach Pier.
