Year-round original Cape Cod cottage attached to owner's residence on quiet dead-end gravel road, with separate driveway and yard. Close to National Seashore and Bay Beaches. Short walk to Wiley Park at Great Pond for fresh water swimming, playground and fishing. One mile to Cape cod Bike Trail. Full complete kitchen including range, microwave and expandable dining set for 4-6. Newly renovated full bath with tub/shower. Washer/dryer and storage for personal items (bikes, beach chairs etc.).Outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table for 6. Cable TV/DVD/VCR, wireless Internet access, board games in case it rains. Regular trash pick up.

We Enjoyed Ourselves Thoroughly!

My husband and I stayed at this cottage 9/1 - 9/8 2007. Everything was just as portrayed in the ad - spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfy. The beach really is just a 5 - 7 minute walk, and very private - Labor day weekend, and only a few other couples/families! The owner's are delightful, and extremely accomodating.

This cottage is ideal for a couple, but would also be fine with a child, or two. The 2nd bedroom has bunks and a daybed, and living/dining/kitchen area has games, books, TV, etc.

We've booked again for next year (two weeks this time,) so would definitely give this home a "thumbs up!"

A Perfect Getaway

We spent a weekend here and found it to be the perfect private place to call home while exploring the Cape. The cottage was just as described - very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We appreciated the various maps and brochures as well as directions to the two local beaches within walking distance. We loved being able to walk to the beach and also being so close to Fort Hill and the National Seashore where we could hike during the day. The location is convenient to many other Cape towns - we did a Wine Tasting in Truro and enjoyed a fantastic dinner in Provincetown. The owners were very accommodating. We would definitely rent here again.

A Lovely Cape Holiday Experience

Myself, my partner and two daughters (aged 4 and 2) have just returned from a 2 week stay at this cottage. Everything about our experience was positive: the cottage was clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped; the owners were extremely helpful; the location was ideal - an easy ride to the bike trail, a short walk to a beautiful bay beach. I will miss eating fresh sea food suppers on the deck. My partner will miss the fantastically comfortable bed (way better than ours!). My 4 year old will miss her daily swims in Wiley park (as well as the huge array of child-friendly videos/dvds!). My 2 year old will miss splashing in her paddling pool on the deck in the warm evening sunlight. Highly recommended.
