Located off Fie Top Road, the main road to the CATALOOCHEE SKI Area, two miles from skiing, minutes from snow tubing and GHOST TOWN & Golf! Accessible year round - even when it snows, has an large flat driveway that accommodates an RV, a couple of cars and yes, your motorcycle! A Beary Cozy Cabin is minutes from Waynesville, shopping, river rafting (Nantahala), horseback riding, golf at Maggie Valley Country Club & Lake Junaluska, Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Casino, and a short ride to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Listen to a stream as you relax and enjoy the mountains when we share our home with you. The cabin has a master w/queen bed, 2nd bedrm w/full bed, queen sleeper in living room, kitchen/dining, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, cable TV, fireplace, gas grill and large porch. NO SMOKING, and sorry, NO PETS.

Ski Cataloochee/Snow Tubing/Ghost Town: The Catalooche Ski Area a short drive (2 miles) up the road! Cabin is off the main road (Fie Top Road) to ski area and the road is always maintained. The Ghost Town parking area and Snow Tubing is a very short ride down (0.7 miles) Fie Top Road to Soco Road (US19) to enter Snow Tubing.

Golfer's Paradise/Casino: Maggie Valley Country Club is a private club with public access to their new and remodeled golf course. It is approx. 2 miles from cabin!! The Cherokee Indian Reservation and Casino is about 9 miles from the cabin. If you enjoy history, gaming and shows, the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Casino has it all!

Horseback Riding and River Rafting/National Park: Queen's Farms offers horseback riding to the top of the mountain! Located about 2 miles from cabin, Queen's Farms is sure to please the rider in you! For those adventurers, Nantahala River Rafting is a short distance away and sure to please! And who could resist the beauty that the Smoky Mountain National Park has to offer! 10 miles from the cabin you can enjoy a peaceful serenity, waterfalls, hiking or just a scenic ride through the park. Keep going through the park and about 1.5 hours you will end up in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge!

This was our second year staying at the Beary Cozy Cottage and it was as delightful as the first. We experienced spectacular Fall scenery as well as fabulous cool weather. The cabin and ambiance were superb and we enjoyed sitting on the deck, sipping wine, watching the sunset, and listening to the water in the nearby creek. The owners are to be commended for maintaining such a clean, neat and well appointed property. It feels just like home. Can't wait to return next year!!

A Great Time

The home was warm and cosy, everything you need was there! The towels and bedding were great. We took our daughter and grandchildren to Santa's Land on Friday, It was a magical place for a 2 and 7 year old! The next day we went to Cherokee to see the sights, watched native american dance, visited the bears, ate and shopped! We also took a ride to Tenn to see the beautiful leaves. It was great to have a nice "home" to return to each evening. We all loved the house and the trip! Can't wait to go again! The owner was wonderful to work with!!!

Cozy and cute

We were very pleased with this cottage. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - about 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and maybe 10 minutes to Waynesville. Rental was easy and owners are great to deal with.

Wonderful Getaway

We found the Beary Cozy Cabin to be wonderful. We enjoyed the house, the area, the weather. Very nice weekend away. We would not recommend the Maggie Valley Restaurant or Arf's. The large Steak House was very Good as was Joey's Pancake House.

This property was very clean. I would definitely recommend it to a friend just as long as they don't reserve it for the time we want. We look forward to returning hopefully soon.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in the Cozy Cabin. It is in a great location and is equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable trip. We would recommend this cabin for anyone who want to just get away and relax. It looks just like it is on the website. Had a great time.-perfect location for skiing- Thanks Rosy!
