Rental Rates for this vacation estate rental in Sonoma, California
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Add $200 cleaning fee to all rentals.
- $500 refundable security deposit required. We do not accept credit cards.

Nightly rentals at $975 per night available if Estate is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, Apr 1-Nov 1.
Low Season - November 1 through March 31st
$3,770 per week or $600 per night weekdays;
$800 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday).
***********Two Night Minimum Year Round, and Apr 1-Nov 1 has a 1 Week minimum unless it is Less than 30 days prior to your arrival******
*Pool is Open Year Round, but only Heated June 1-Oct 1 ( Solar heating unit MUST be disconnected in the winter) Heated Jacuzzi Open Year Round.

The weekly rental rate is $4370, including all taxes, and we have a minimum rental fee of $4370 for rentals during high season, April-October. Exception to the 1 week minimum: If the Vineyard Estate is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, it is available nightly for $975 per night, including tax!! Off season presents an excellent value, as the villa is $600 per night weekdays and $800/night on the weekends, and $3770 per week, including tax.
