Property is located right on Lake Winnisquam with a panoramic view. Enjoy the tranquility and at the same time the beautiful water and beach front right at your steps. Includes dock for your boat. We have kayaks, paddle boats for rent by week - please inquire regarding rates. We are minutes from all activities in the lakes region: golf courses, miniature golf, shopping, antique stores, hiking & biking trails at Gunstock, Funspot & Weirs Beach as well as many fine restaurants. The property consists of this cottage as well as another cottage, see listing #129607, shown in the left foreground of the first picture, and the owner's residence to the right, as shown in the first picture.

Best labor day ever. We rented both cottages on the property and had an incredible time. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The views are wonderful, the water is clean with a nice sandy beach. The cottages are immaculate and have everything you need. We swam, boated,fished, kayaked, pedal boated and relaxed infront of the fire. All of us had an amazing vacation. The owners are super nice and very accomodating. We are already planning our return visit(s). Thank you to Doreen and Barbara for sharing the sunshine. See you soon.

Nice cottage on a beautiful lake.

Beautiful cottage conveniently located, very clean and well equipped. The outside is well maintained with very nice landscaping. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home and were very helpful in getting our boat in and out of the water. Nice dock and a nice beach with lots of sand. Good for the kids. Close to shopping for those rainy days.
