Clean, bright, studio apartment with parking! One half block from Commercial St. in the west end, close to Joe Coffee. Absolutely fabulous location. Walk to everything! Short walk from the ferry. Steps from the Boat slip, A House, other clubs and restaurants. Art galleries a mere stone's throw away. 1 block from the Bay beach. Chill out on the exclusive use front lawn and watch Provincetown pass you by. Exclusive parking space adjacent to the unit. Association washer dryer in basement. Sunday to Sunday rental (it's a better day for travel on and off cape!)

Legend has it that Bette Davis lived in this house, we know she used to perform in town, so it’s likely true. Everything about this house has been spruced up since then, and while times have changed we like to think Bette would still be comfortable here.

Ideal spot for a week in P-Town

The location was perfect. Commercial Street was literally steps away. Not only was I within walking distance of all the great West End "stuff" (Boatslip, Pied, Spiritus, Joe's), but the walk to the beach wasn't too bad either (if you like longer walks). The location earned bonus points from me because the Grand Union wasn't too far either.

The space was very open and felt surprisingly large for a studio. The kitchen could use a few more "essentials" for cooking, but everthing that was there was clean and useable. The little garden area outside was also more than I expected when renting a studio.

I will absolutely consider renting the same place again if I make P-Town part of my summer plans next year.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Nice but not if it rains...

A great location and well kept small cottage, however it doesn't have wifi access or cable tv so if it rains on your vacation for 4 days, it can drive you stir crazy being inside. The bed is a murphy bed and not very comfortable. The unit was clean when we arrived, however, we had to wait until later in the day to get clean sheets and towels. The agent was very nice and helpful but after an all-night flight and ferry to Ptown, I was ready for a nap but didn't have sheets or pillowcases, nor a towel for a quick shower, when we arrived. Not ideal but I understand things sometime happen.

Excellent location, Great facilities, Will definitely rent it again. Rental Fee was very reasonable for the location and the facilities.
