This 2000 sq ft. 4 Br, 2 BA house is perfectly situated on over 20 acres of private land with mountain views allowing for year-round outdoor family activities. The house is 2 miles from The Inn at the Round Barn and less than 5 miles to both Warren and Waitsfield villages for shopping and dining. Sugarbush and Mad River Ski Areas are 15 minutes drive. Property abuts Ole's Cross Country Ski trails and allows for fantastic XC skiing, snowshoeing, sledding in winter and mountain biking, hiking, river rafting, fly fishing, golf, and tennis in summer. Large covered deck and porch for fabulous outdoor entertaining in the summer and on warm fall nights. Terrific star gazing all year round!
