Come enjoy this unique summer home, perched on a secluded hilltop with stunning 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. The multi level interior is airy and bright with cathedral ceilings and ocean views throughout. A huge deck accommodates outdoor dinning and entertaining or climb up to the crows nest deck for a quiet drink above the tree tops. We overlook arguably the best private beach on the Island, with ocean waves on one side and the tranquil, kid friendly, Chilmark pond on the other. Access to this beach is it's own pleasure, a 10 minute pond crossing by motor boat, canoe or kayak. Set on 3 acres amid endless forest, protected by 200 year old oak trees, and enjoying a large fenced in vegetable garden, and hi speed internet this is the perfect island retreat.
