Great Location:
We think the villa is ideally located to visit all the fantastic nearby tourist attractions including Disney World itself (just over a ten minute drive). The villa is situated in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac yet it is also within walking distance of local attractions. So if you are getting bored of driving everywhere why not take the palm tree lined walk ways to the local Pioneer centre, adventure golf, air boat rides, Go Karts restaurants, night entertainment (famous Medieval Times), or just shop at the super sized Walmart shopping centre.
In the unlikely event that you will find the time to feel home sick, and feel the need to see home UK sport, there are even British pubs close by.

A Great Family Holiday in a Home from Home:
We have tried to make the villa feel like home with quality furnishings and fittings for inside and outside, whilst still retaining a flavour of the Florida style.
This is our second home and we have taken pride in maintaining the villa to a high standard. Over the last four years we have added our own touches not just for our benefit on our regular visits, but also for the benefit of our guests.

You will be able to use the fishing rods that have been left in the villa to fish in the private lake to the front of the villa. You can take your children horse riding at the Horse World Riding Stables or you could even see the Friday night Kissimmee Rodeo one junction east along the 192 Highway.
There are four GOLF courses and the county's largest driving range within 6 miles radius of the villa which are all open to the public. There are another 6 golf courses at the Disney World Resort. Of course being in Florida they are all of an extremely high standard, but still offering affordability.
