Newly furnished, comfortably decorated 2400 sq.' 4 bedroom/3 bath town home located within walking distance of the village, restaurants, shopping, and beach. The main level features a mud room, open kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace, and a furnished screened in porch. The dining area seats up to 9 and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The first floor bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and a queen size bed; full bath also on this level. The second floor features the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level - a queen size bed and full bath. The family room on the lower level also has a queen sleep sofa, a 36” Sony TV with premium cable channels, assorted library of video tapes, books and magazines and board games. and a desk set up for computer access and wireless Internet.

Notes: All new furnishings intermixed with our personal Adirondack belongings. The canoe bookcase we made from our family canoe; the skis and snowshoes on the walls were used by us growing up; we made all of the birch bark picture frames; many of the pictures, books and maps are from our collection. We wanted to decorate for a very homey, comfortable feel while providing the most up-to-date amenities.
