Like new luxury property on private way in beautiful West Hyannisport. This home offers a private beach OR walk or park at Craigville Beach (sticker provided for free resident parking to all Barnstable Beaches). This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and additional enclosed outdoor shower, huge gourmet eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, two sinks, family room, laundry room and large private back deck with grill. All furniture is new and in perfect condition. Master bedroom has private veranda overlooking back yard, full bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, granite contertops, and cathedral ceiling. BR 2 has queen size bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin beds in each. A beautiful tiled and granite bathroom finishes the second floor. Linens provided. This home has central air conditioning, and is comfortable and immaculate.
