This Orlando area, great vacation villa is situated in the fabulous Solana Resort 15 minutes to Disney. You will have to see this stunning 24/7 gated, Mediterranean-style community to believe. With easy access to I-4, and route 192, it is close to Sea World, Universal Studios, and other attractions. A number of great golf courses are within 10 minutes. Local restaurants and shopping centers are just minutes away. Finished in 2006, this 1800 sq ft. luxurious Villa has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It has two master suites, both with queen beds and private bathrooms. Two guest rooms each have two twin beds. A queen-size sofa sleeper is also provided for this villa to accommodate up to 10 people. The enclosed heated pool & spa have large decking with a covered lanai, so you can enjoy outdoor dining, reading, or other activities in all weather.

Dining area with seating for six and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, pots & pans, utensils, dishware and dish washer etc and a kitchen nook with seating for four. The master bedroom has queen size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub and this bathroom has direct access to the poolside. The second master bedroom also has queen size bed and bathroom, the third and the fourth bedroom have double twin beds in each and share the third bathroom which is adjacent.

Washer and dryer, towels & linens, hairdryer, iron & ironing board etc are also provided for your convenience. A private swimming pool and spar have large decking with a covered lanai, patio table, 4 chairs and 2 reclining lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation. Additional charge of $25 per day for the pool heating fee if needed. There is also a beautiful clubhouse and spa, reception area, guest services, cyber cafe, arcade, sundry shop, fitness room, putting green, pool, jacuzzi, volleyball, soccer, and climbing structure for older kids.

We have returned from Orlando and I have to say that your new villa was WONDERFUL!!!! Perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando...Grocery and Drug stores around the corner...Quiet, Peaceful Neighborhood....I will definitley recommend you to anyone going to Orlando for more than a few days. We traveled as a family of 8 with 2 couples, and 4 children, and the layout of the villa was perfect....the kitchen was wonderful. the laundry room was a welcome addition, kids loved the pool, and we all just LOVED it!!!! Thanks!!!

We had ants the first two days. Could not regulate the air conditioning. There we no instructions as to how to change the settings. The home was hot at night when we were there to sleep.

Excellent place with professional arrangements

10 of us stayed at this location 3 weeks back. We had an excellent stay. The villa is well furnished, with comfortable beds, dining table, chairs, etc. There is even a stroller, which we were able to use for an infant in our party. The rooms as well as bathrooms are large, and the pool is nice and clean. The villa is well managed, and the owner responded quickly to a couple of questions I had prior to our visit. Wireless internet works well and fast -- we had two computers on the internet at several times, and they both worked at good speeds. We also found the clubhouse in the community to be useful when we needed to print a few things. Everyone in our group really liked the villa. We received the security deposit very quickly as well. I strongly recommend this villa for any group that does not mind staying about 20 minutes from Disney World.

Your villa was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was perfect accommodation for ourselves and two children (ages 6 and 9). The pool was a big hit and the pool toys well used by the children. The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was an easy drive to Disney and all the other Orlando theme parks. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi Melina,

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the house on our vacation. The house was so spacious and convenient that it was sad to have to move to a hotel room for the conference part of our trip after having experienced the home. The kids really enjoyed the pool and pool toys while I relaxed in the spa. It was also lovely to be directly across the street from the Clubhouse, although we really did not need to use it much because there were so many things to see and do.

We are already talking about our next visit!
