Located on beautiful Cape Cod Bay Beach Point section of Provincetown, just steps to the beach! Newly renovated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo. Master bedroom features private full bath, queen size bed, Cable TV with DVD VCR, CD players, sliders to the deck. 2nd Bedroom features a full size bed Cable TV and VCR. Living room features a queen size futon, kitchenette, charming dining area, Cable TV and VCR and sliders to deck. This unit can sleep a total of six including the futon. The large deck is wonderful for entertaining or relaxation with a view of the bay, or relax and BBQ on the front porch. One set of Linens and Bath towel are included. Amenities: Large deck, front porch for grilling on the small BBQ grill, 3 color cable TVs , DVD and VCR player, CD player, bay side beach for relaxing, kitchenette, swimming and sunbathing at the onsite pool. Free onsite parking. Convenient shuttle to larger beaches.

Great place to stay!!

I have rented this place 4 years in a row. The kids love the pool, the ocean is right there, it is a safe and quiet little beach community. The beds are comfortable, the place is adorable and it has everything you need. Not to mention the price is good and it's convenient to everything.We have 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we've had an amazing holiday each time. Thanks David for your really great place!

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for Carnival week and were so happy to see that the rental was even nicer than the pictures showed it to be. Everything you could need was included and it was much larger than it looked and very clean and well decorated. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who is looking to stay in the Provincetown area. The pool was just another added bonus for my Grandson and daughters. The price was very reasonable for the location. Thanks so much David, Sharon
