Waterfront home on quiet, private road. Great for the family or couples. Dock in backyard for small boat. Private deeded beach (boat beach) is 5 min by boat or Beach Pass to S. Kingstown town beach-10 min away (See Beach Access Info Below under Further Details). Boating, sailing, fishing, crabbing, clamming, water-skiing, tubing, on Green Hill pond or Niningret pond. Also, water access to Charletown breachway. Home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living room, family room(sleep sofa), central A/C, washer/dryer, and large deck. Enjoy the sunsets on the deck while having dinner or cocktails. Very private and quiet area . Attractions within 15-45 mins: Watch Hill, Misquamicutt, Newport, Wickford, Mystic Seaport/Aquarium, Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun Casinos, Block Island ferry, and Public Golf Courses.. Green Hill park is close by w/ tennis, basketball, and playground. Great area for walking, jogging, and bicycling. Marinas close by w/ kayak and boat rental.

Beach Access : House comes with a beach pass to South Kingstown town beach in located in Matunuck(10 min. away). This is newer pavilion with showers & playground. This beach facility has large grassy area for family picnics. It is within walking distance to a surf shop, grocery store, Vanilla Bean(ice cream shop), and the Ocean Mist( beach bar w/. great food).

SHSHSHSHSH!!! Don't tell anybody about this house!

With the firm grip of hurricane season upon us it is nice to think back to our week in August. Endless days at “boat beach”, exploring the ponds and the breachway in a skiff rented from Ocean House Marina, short trips to Newport, Watch Hill and finally ending each day with dinner on the grill while toasting the gorgeous sunsets from the fantastic deck. The house is clean, simple and very comfortable. The dock offers access to another world. The AC is there but we never needed it with the breeze of the pond. The neighborhood is quiet, kid friendly and the tennis courts are only a 4-minute bike ride away. The owner is great to deal with. Great spot for a family of 4. This was our 2nd year at this house! Looking forward to a third!!

GREAT GETAWAY!!!!

The house was perfectly situated at the end of a private road. The deck was great every night-having dinner or watching the fabulous sunsets!!!! Home was well-organized and clean. The central air was a big help during the humid nights. Loved the dock, beach, and pond. Hope to be back again next year. Very relaxing and enjoyable time!!!!
