This is a renovated, beautiful, bright large studio on the 22nd floor. The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with mesmerizing panoramic views of the city and ocean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has a walk-in closet, king-sized bed & an extra thick futon, accommodating up to 4 people. In addition the building has 24 hour security, private pool and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the lobby and pool area. Safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. A tennis court at the Marriott Hotel, which is right across the street from us, charges a minimal fee per hour. Free access to the beach; entrance is across the street from us. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze & watch the sunset from your balcony.

Additional information about rental rates

  • An additional $25 per night per person fee applies for more than 3 guests.
  • Security deposit $200.00 - 300.00 (depending number of guests)

    Renters and visitors, must register with the security guard. No more than 4 people may occupy the apartment.
    This is a non smoking unit.
  • Reservation: To reserve your dates a security deposit of $200.00 - $300.00 (refundable) is required. An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The final 50% of the total rent is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.

    For reservation within the thirty (30) days reservation period, payment in full is required.

    Payment is collected in the following manner:
    Money orders, certified checks and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
    If a credit card is used, a 2.99% transaction fee will be added.

    We are very serious and responsible business register with the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tourism Company. They require us to collect a 7% tourist tax.

    If decide on my apartment there is a short term lease that must be read/signed and returned to me by mail or fax with a copy of driver license or valid photo ID.

Hi Jacqueline,

just a few words from Germany to say „hello“ and „thank you so much” for that nice vacation in your apartment. The view to the city and the beach was really fantastic. We were often in Puerto Rico, but this was like “the ultimate”. Everyone in the building was really nice to us. The stuff was always on our side when we needed help or had a question, and the neighbours are really nice.
A big plus is the well-equipped gym on the second floor, and the parking lot in the basement.
From the first day on, it feels like “being home”
This is the perfect place to forget the European winter, and we’re looking forward to come back.

Breezeway Vacation stay in Puerto Rico

My stay in this beaufiful condo was fantastic. The Unit was meticulously clean; with all modern comdorts, including a great bed. It has nice living/dining area, and great terrace. The kitchen and bathromm are fully equipped, and decor is nice. The views are spectacular from this Unit: ocean; mountains; Old san Juan, etc..

The building is well-maintained and has a refurbished outside pool and hot tub... Building has 24 hour concierge, and great underground parking

First of all thank you Jacqueline for having such a nice place. My wife and I staid at the beautiful Ashford condos in San Juan during November the view was excellent, clean and best off all was being right in the center of everything, El Viejo San Juan at a short distance the close walking clubs and the beautiful Beaches. What called my attention about the place was the location, its private parking. The only thing disappointing was that the pool was under construction but we still had a wonderful time and if we visit the island again the first thing will do is check the availability of this apartment. For those out there that are afraid to rent an apartment online you can not expect anything less from Jacqueline, the rental process was very well organized.

The Place to Stay

Very cozy and homey apartment, great view (feels sooo good to wake up and see only the blue blue sky), loved the pool. The garage is definitely a plus.

We appreciated the owner's suggestions for sightseeing.

Best kept secret in PR...

I have use Breeze vacation condo for two trips to PR and can only say it is the best.
I have been going to PR since 1986 and have stayed at many of the hotels in San Juan
After finding Breeze vacation condo I will only stay there it really makes the trip special.
And one last note the owners are fabulous to work with.
