Gas BBQ grill is conveniently located on the patio right by the kitchen door, so you can prepare delicious meals in minutes.
Second entrance to the patio from the master bedroom to the private yard with lovely and comfy sitting area. Third bedroom can be used as an office, equipped with free Internet access with WiFi, free nation-wide phone (US & Canada), and copy & fax machine. You'll see resident hummingbirds, butterflies and if you're lucky, even a roadrunner sprinting across the street, as you sit by the desk in the office.
The backyard patio has flagstone cover and beautiful desert landscaping. You'll love to sit outside, read a book, and enjoy the balmy desert air!

Our gated community, Puerta Azul, is nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in the Coral Mountain area of South La Quinta. It is located off Madison Avenue, adjacent to PGA West. As the whole community is relatively small and very intimate, our villa is only a short walk to both pools & hot tubs, tennis court, Clubhouse, gym, bocce ball court, and putting green. We are avid tennis players, and use the tennis court quite often. We even provide tennis racquets and tennis balls for our guests to use. Both pools are large and heated, surrounded by palm trees, lounging chairs, and gorgeous mountain views. You can easily spend a few hours there every day, just relaxing, and soaking up the warm, desert sun. Chances are, you'll have the whole pool to yourself. The hot tubs are also wonderful for cooler evenings.
You'll enjoy evening strolls within Puerta Azul; the lit palm trees and olive trees throughout the community create a magical feel that we treasure every time we visit.

Enjoy all that La Quinta has to offer: Golfing at the gorgeous municipal course at Silver Rock Resort or any other golf course of the area. Old Town La Quinta Village with world-class shopping & dining is just minutes away.
If you are a tennis fan, don't want to miss the BNP Paribas Tennis tournament, organized every year in mid-March at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. For horse lovers, we're only minutes away from the Polo fields, and the location of the annual Horse Show. Our villa is also a perfect home-base if you plan to attend the annual Coachella Valley Music Festival or the Stagecoach country music festival in Indio. You don't even have to get into your car to enjoy the area. Right outside of our gate there are long and beautifully landscaped walking and biking trails on both sides of Madison Avenue. You are welcome to use the two bicycles (adult size) stored in the garage.
