This is summer on the Cape! Architect designed 2005 total renovation. 4 bedroom, 3 bath classic Cape Cod home on quiet, charming private way. 1-2 min walk to calm sandy kid-friendly beach. Easy 10 min. stroll to Barnstable Harbor, Mattakese Wharf & Restaurant, and local clam shack. Less than 1 mile walk to Barnstable Village & Tavern, Dolphin Seafood Restaurant, shops. Cable TV, wireless Internet access included. Chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 convection ovens, high-output cook top, microwave, wine frig, flat screen TV, opens to fireplace living room, dining for 8. Also on the 1st floor: bedroom with queen bed, full bath, TV room with 42'' HDTV, DVD player and surround sound. Upstairs: master with queen bed and en suite bath. 2nd bedroom with twin bed and bunk bed with double bottom bunk, also with en suite bath. Cozy office/TV room upstairs with twin daybed.

Barnstable Village. Classic New England seaside summer fun! The house is on a quiet, child safe private lane that dead ends at the beach. An easy 8-10 minute walk leads to Barnstable Harbor, where you can enjoy Mattakese Restaurant/Bar, or 'Osterville Too' (BYOB - enjoy your clam chowder with a lobster roll or a full dinner at covered outdoor picnic tables). Another 10 minute walk is the Village, with more restaurants and shops. From here you can explore the entire Cape, ferry over to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or take a day trip to Boston. This is the best location on Cape Cod for a relaxing and memorable summer vacation!
