The Cottage has a spacious backyard for children and pets, and your own wrap around front porch where you can overlook the Main Street of Historic Adamstown.     Our cancellation policy is 30 days. Refunds are honored less a $75.00 cancellation processing fee, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit
  • Winter: Weekend stay 2 nights receive 33% off second night, Weekday stay 2 nights receive 50% off second night.

The house was exactly as they described it would be in the listings...very charming, immaculate and comfortable. We used this house as home base and took day trips to Philadelphia, Chesapeake Bay and Washington DC. We really enjoyed the small-town feel, the beautiful antiques and the large wrap around porch where we spent most every evening planning our next days adventure.

Thanks for your great hospitality Tom, you were a great host. We would recommend it to anyone!
