Our vacation home is located in Adamstown's Antique District in Northern Lancaster County . Right around the corner you will be able to see Amish, their horse and buggy travel and plain dress contrasting starkly with the modern world. We are located near dozens of outlet shopping centers and antique stores. Hershey Park, Strasburg Railroad and Dutch Wonderland are close for kid friendly activities. The Ephrata Cloisters and Sight and Sound Theater will help keep the adults happy. The house rental has a spacious backyard for children and pets, and your own wrap around front porch where you can relax and enjoy the quiet of a small town. The vacation home has a patio that overlooks a vibrant English garden and backyard where you can unwind from your travels and enjoy the evening. With Lancaster City being only 20 minutes away, our vacation rental is ideal for fun filled days and quiet, restful evenings.

Lancaster Vacation Rental: This home features five bedrooms & five bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs and there is a downstairs powder room. The spacious living room, dining room is great for family movie night or holiday dinners. We offer a full Kitchen with an additional breakfast room located off of the kitchen. Relax and enjoy Adamstown, PA on your own wraparound porch or large backyard patio.

The Adamstown Vacation Home is perfect for family retreats or a well deserved getaway with good friends.

Specifics: 2 night stay required (3 on holiday and special event weekends). Five bedrooms (King, three queen beds, full bed, and two twin beds). We also have a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room for the kids. The house includes all season fireplace in three bedrooms and a gas fireplace in living room. Fully equipped kitchen. High-speed wireless Internet access. Continental breakfast available for your first morning.

We're pet friendly! Well behaved, housebroken dogs accepted. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cottage. Crates are available upon request. We do require a pet fee of $50 per dog.

Non smoking, smoking is allowed outside.

This Lancaster County vacation rental is located in Adamstown, PA in the northern part of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Adamstown in located 10 minutes from Reading City and 20 minutes from Lancaster City. We are located minutes from dozens of Antique Shops and surrounded by the Amish and their wonderful farmland. Our vacation rental is ideal for families traveling together and is a pet friendly rental. Our family rental in Pennsylvania is located between Hershey Park and Dutch Wonderland; we are also 60 minutes from Philadelphia and 90 minutes from Gettysburg.

Additional information about rental rates

Our vacation rentals cancellation policy is 60 days (90 days for holiday and special events). Refunds are honored less a $100.00 cancellation processing fee for the vacation home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodation for the entire reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit
Fees And Taxes Seasonal Rates excluded Holidays and Special Event Weekends. Rates are subject to change. Regular rates is $525

Rates based on 10 guests, $25 for each additional guest

Cleaning Fee: $75.00
Pet Fee: $50.00 per dog
Taxes: 7.1%
Cancellation within 14 days (30 days for holiday and special events) will be charged the entire amount of the reservation if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation. No shows and premature check-outs will also be charged the entire amount of the reservation.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The house was a perfect place for our group from England. The guys enjoyed Hershey Auto Show and ladies enjoyed the Amish Country and shopping. Next stop Berkeley Springs, WV hope the rental house is as good as this one.
