Come enjoy all that Paradise has to offer in Mexico Beach. This 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath home, named Beach Villa is a perfect place to enjoy family time while on vacation. Located in a very private, serene neighborhood, this home's best feature is the large screened-in porch with plenty of teak furniture and gas grill to enjoy the afternoon BBQ's after a long day at the beach. The beautiful white sand beaches are located just a short block away. A very easy walk from the home. Beach access is at the city's 'Sunset Park', the host of city concerts and very close to the annual wine/art show and the summer theater. This home is lavishly decorated and sits on a corner lot with two entrances and driveways to the house which allows for plenty of parking for boats. Bring the kids, the city park with playground is just a very short walk from this property. If rest and relaxation is what you are looking for, you’ve found the right property.

You just need clothes, a toothbrush, and you can have your own place at the beach for a month or more. I hope to rent it when I'm not able to be there.
