Experience the best of North Myrtle Beach at a price you can afford. Ocean Front, just 50 yards from high tide! The only thing missing from this modern 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condominium is you. Palmetto Dunes is a cozy three story wood frame that is unique in a world of concrete and steel. My unit is fully equipped with all you need for a great vacation. A screened in porch gives you a wonderful place for that first cup of coffee to watch the sun rise over the ocean, or a late snack to hear the waves lap against the beach. This is an end unit so you have a view of the ocean in front and the beach to the side. All three bedrooms have TV sets with VCR and DVD players built in. DSL link is active in the unit. Due to the Home Owners Association no motorcycles are allowed in the parking lot. You must be 25 years of age to rent and renter must be present. This is a walk up with no elevator. 1. Temp of apartment was horrific at 85 degrees upon entering. Got to room after 3pm was some time the next day before it cooled down. 2. Frigerator also took over 8 hours to cool at suggested rate.3. Rotting wood found under sink and on side of Bar under the microwave. 4 Found half bottle of liquor in cabinet. 5. Toilets continued to run repeatedly. 6 Two bathrooms found without toilet paper. 7. Mattress in Ocean Front bedroom squeaked real bad when sitting or getting up from closest to the ocean. 8. Patio door is off track, hard to open from outside after being closed especially for an eleven year old.
